This book was originally written in English by Trevor Greyeyes and Maeengan Linklater with Translation in Ojibwe by Patricia Ningewance. It has now been translated into Pocket Plains Cree by Solomon Ratt who teaches Plains Cree at the First Nations University in Regina, Saskatchewan. It has 127 pages of phrases and common words and illustrations for parents and children to learn together. The cover art is by Patricia Ningewance and the other illustrations are by Don Ningewance.
